1 Information we collect

We only collect what we need to dispense medicine safely and deliver it to you.

• Contact details - your name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
• Order information - the products you buy, quantities, prices, and payment method.
• Health information - prescription details, prescribing doctor, and any allergies you tell us about.
• Account details - your password, stored only in encrypted (hashed) form that nobody can read.

2 Why we use it

Your information is used to prepare and deliver your order, let a pharmacist check that what you are taking is safe, keep the dispensing records the law requires us to keep, and contact you about your order. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will also send occasional offers and health tips - you can unsubscribe at any time.

3 Payment information

We never see or store your full card details. Card and PayPal payments are handled entirely on the payment provider's own secure pages, and we only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with a reference number.

4 Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we never share your health information for marketing. We share the minimum necessary with our delivery staff (name, address, phone) and our payment providers, and we disclose records to health or regulatory authorities only when the law requires it.

5 How long we keep it

Prescription and dispensing records are retained for the period required by pharmacy regulations. Other account and order information is kept while your account is active. You may ask us to close your account and delete your details at any time, except for records we are legally obliged to retain.

6 Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies so that your shopping cart remembers your items and your sign-in session stays active as you move between pages. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

7 Your rights

You can view and edit your details at any time from your account dashboard.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your account and data, subject to our legal retention duties.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.

8 Keeping your data safe

Access to customer records is restricted to trained pharmacy staff who need it to do their job. Passwords are stored hashed, and all activity in our system is logged.
