1 About these terms

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version shown here is always the current one.

2 Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You are responsible for making sure the details you give us - especially your delivery address, phone number, and any prescription information - are accurate and complete.

3 Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are supplied strictly against a valid prescription. Our pharmacist reviews every prescription order before dispatch and may contact you, or your prescriber, to confirm details.

• We may refuse or cancel any order where the prescription cannot be verified.
• We may decline a sale where we believe supplying it would be unsafe.
• Never share prescription medicine with anyone else.

4 Pricing and availability

Prices shown online are live from our pharmacy shelves and include applicable tax where stated. Stock levels update in real time, but occasionally an item may sell out between your order and our picking it - if that happens we will contact you and refund that item in full.

5 Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, or securely online by card or PayPal where those options are enabled. Orders paid online are confirmed only once the payment provider confirms the payment. If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order is released and the stock returns to our shelves.

6 Delivery

We aim to meet the dispatch and delivery timeframes described in our shipping policy, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8 Your account

Keep your password confidential - you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has accessed it. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

9 Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
